Canada Ground Shipping


FREE on orders over $200

3-6 working days

  • Orders to Canada are shipped via UPS and delivered within 3-6 working days (after dispatch time).
  • Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer an expedited service to Canada.
  • You’ll receive an email when orders are shipped that will include tracking information.
  • Dispatch time is approximately 24-48 working hours.

Delivery times may vary during US holiday periods, including Thanksgiving/Black Friday, the month of December, and Sale events


Store refunds are accepted within 14 days of original purchase.

Items returned between 15 and 28 days after purchase will
be offered a store credit.

Items purchased at a 50% - 69% discount are eligible for store
credit or exchange only

Items purchased at a 70% discount, or more, are final sale and
not eligible for store credit nor exchange.

Items must be returned to a Ted Baker standalone store in their
original condition and with proof of purchase.

Merchandise purchased from a Full Price location cannot be
returned to an Outlet.

All Outlet merchandise must be returned to Ted Baker Outlet
locations only.

Ted Baker reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion
at any time without notice.

You have 28 days to return online orders.

Please include your Delivery Note with your return $10 will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return to Store

Online purchases can not be returned to Ted Baker stores

Please Note - Canadian online orders can not be returned to any Ted Baker stand alone stores in Canada and must be returned using the Online Returns portal outlined here or above.

Returns Terms & Conditions

You have 28 days from when you receive your online order to return it for a refund online.

If you’re unable to return it within the 28-day period, please let us know within that timeframe. Refunds will be made onto your original payment method (within 14 days of us receiving the return). Please note- some payment providers may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately we can’t accept them in any other condition.
  • We are not able to accept refunds in store on orders paid for using Klarna.
  • We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to Ted Baker.
  • Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear.
  • Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged.
  • Cosmetics (including makeup brushes) can only be returned if they are sealed and show no signs of use.


Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:

  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Personal grooming products
  • *Please note anything tailored or personalised to you cannot be returned.

The following items are non-returnable to store but can be returned by post:

  • Fine jewellery
  • Rugs
  • B by Ted Baker bras and nightwear
  • Bridal

Instagram Checkout Returns

If you purchased via our Instagram checkout you may return products within 28 days of receipt (subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions)

  • Request a return via your account in the Instagram app and select your reason for return.
  • Package the item(s) along with the delivery slip – this does not have to be the same packaging in which you received the order as long as it’s secure.
  • Send the order back to us at the address below; we advise you to send the parcel via certified mail, return receipt requested.
